Latrice is a committed and purpose‑driven leader whose service within Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Incorporated reflects excellence, integrity, and an unwavering dedication to uplifting women and strengthening communities. She was inducted into the Epsilon Psi Chapter in November 2017, and from the moment she joined, she embraced leadership as both a responsibility and a calling.

Throughout her tenure, Latrice has served the chapter in multiple executive capacities, including President, First Vice‑President, Second Vice‑President, and Chair of the Education and Scholarship Committee. Her steady leadership, organizational strength, and commitment to accountability have helped advance chapter operations and deepen member engagement. Her impact has been recognized across the region, earning her the distinguished honor of Chapter President of the Year in both 2021 and 2022.

Her service extends beyond the local chapter. Latrice has contributed to the sorority on broader platforms, serving as Chair of the Scholarship Committee, Chair of Time and Place, and as the Southern Region Representative for the National IMAP Committee. In each role, she has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead with vision, collaborate with purpose, and support initiatives that strengthen the sorority’s mission.

Professionally, Latrice brings the same level of excellence and dedication. Her leadership experience within her career and the sorority complement one another, shaping her into a well‑rounded, strategic, and service‑centered leader.
